Electronic Capability of Accepting Accounts
Accounts may be placed in almost any format including secure dial-up, diskette, tape or encrypted email. The Focused Group will also accept accounts placed on paper.
Online Payment Processing
For added convenience, your patients can make their payments online. Online payment options include credit cards and ACH transactions over our 128-bit encrypted secure payment processing portal.
Toll Free Customer Service and Expanded Customer Service Hours
All letters mailed to your patients will include a toll free telephone number to reach our Customer Service Department. Customer Service Representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to answer questions and provide collection assistance.

Customer Service and Collection Specialists have the ability to accept check payments over the phone, thereby increasing the payment options immediately available to your patients.
Credit Cards Accepted
Unlike most of our competitors, TFG accepts and processes credit card payments in house. This eliminates your staff having to handle the credit card transactions generated by your collection agency.
